Cleanser: Every morning and evening, pump a small amount of Gentle Cleanse into the palm of the hand and massage into moistened face and neck. Gently remove foam by splashing with water and pat face dry.
Serum: After cleansing in the morning, massage 4 drops across the face, neck and décolletage. Leave to absorb before applying further products.
Retinol: After cleansing in the evening, massage 4 drops of Retinol 3TR+ Intense across the face, neck and décolletage. Follow with your regular Medik8 moisturiser or facial oil. Retinol application should be phased in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night.
Hydr8: After cleansing in the morning and evening, massage Hydr8 B5 Intense™ across the face, neck and décolletage. If using in the morning, leave to absorb before applying moisturiser and sunscreen. For overnight rejuvenation, after Hydr8 B5 Intense has absorbed into your skin, follow up with your vitamin A serum or moisturiser.
